Every Le Selle Italiane saddle is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. To register yours, or to report a problem, fill in the form below and attach the receipt or invoice.

    The data collected through this form (first name, last name, phone, email, saddle details and a copy of the receipt or invoice) will be used to handle your warranty request. Once this purpose is fulfilled, the data will be anonymised or destroyed.

    Before you start

    • Keep the receipt or invoice at hand: a photo is fine, as long as it is legible.
    • The purchase date must appear on the document: the two years start from there.

    How it works

    1. You fill in the form and attach the receipt or invoice.
    2. Our sales office reviews the request and gets back to you.
